Who We Are

Ivy & Parker is an independent consultancy specialising in the provision of External Wall System Certificates (EWS1) as well as the provision of fire risk appraisals of external walls.

Established in 2014, the company originated as a Chartered building consultancy, however now specialises in the assessment of external walls and cladding. We have built relationships with a variety of clients across the public and private sectors.

Our aim is to provide the best advice to our clients. We believe our approach helps our clients consistently deliver on their maintenance and building safety requirements. We are headquartered in London, however work across the UK.

We are a Chartered surveying practice registered with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). We are also an Associate member of the Institute of Fire Engineers (AIFireE). Our team have also successfully completed the RICS and ABBE accredited ‘External Wall System Assessment’ certification.
